This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out our practices regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and how to address issues with your order.

Please read this policy carefully before making a return. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns for most products if you change your mind within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unframed if shipped framed, undamaged, and in its original packaging).

  • All tags, labels, and protective covers must remain intact.

  • If the item is custom-made, personalised, or printed specifically for you (including print-on-demand art), it is not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a remedy:

  • Email us at zebracornartandesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos clearly showing the damage or fault

    • A brief description of the issue

We will assess your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. We will send you a Return Authorisation and instructions for how and where to send your package.

  3. Return the item in its original condition using a trackable shipping method.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please allow additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

  • Promotional shipping offers or discounted shipping charges are not refundable.

If you paid duties, taxes, or customs fees, these are generally non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-printed art and posters that are made to order

  • Personalised prints

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Australia:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or import taxes incurred on return.

  • Refunds may be adjusted to reflect non-refundable shipping charges.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
