All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or per order

  • Cancel orders due to errors in pricing, availability, or product information

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorised payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, production timelines, and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including artwork, designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Zebracorn Art & Designs and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
